Thématiques de Recherche

Les activités de recherche de l’équipe Biofilms et Comportement Microbien aux Interfaces (BCMI) s’organisent autour d’un axe central de recherche fondamentale qui vise à améliorer la compréhension du comportement microbien au cours de processus de colonisation de surfaces. Le second axe de recherche de l’équipe est l’étude de procédés de lutte contre les biofilms dans un contexte physiopathologique ou de contamination de sites industriels, historiques ou environnementaux.

Les études du comportement microbien aux interfaces sont menées au niveau moléculaire (approches biochimiques, biophysiques et de biologie moléculaire) et cellulaire (approches de microbiologie et de biologie cellulaire eucaryote).
