During my thesis, I mainly used biochemical, proteomic (mass spectrometry) and transcriptomic (DNA microarray) approaches to study the role of Epstein Barr EBNA-LP protein in the apoptosis resistance of Burkitt’s lymphoma cells. In post-doc, I worked on the identification of the reverse gyrase (TopR1) interaction sites with the genomic DNA of the archaea Sulfolobus solfataricus. This study was performed by the Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Method (ChIP) followed by high throughput sequencing « Next Generation Sequencing » of the generated DNA fragments. Since October 20018, I joined the Mec-Up team in the ERRMECe laboratory to participate in two research areas. The first axis concerns the expression, production, purification and characterization of recombinant proteins of spider silk fibers under the BioGLUE project, and the second one concerns the study of the adsorption and the structure of proteins (fibrinogen and fibronectin) on bone substitutes.
